Mr. Trimble brings over a decade of experience in corporate development and communications, having worked with companies such as Skyharbour Resources, Surge Copper Corp, Bayfield Ventures, Cypress Development, and Rockridge Resources. His extensive expertise in the US and Canadian capital markets, along with his understanding of managing all aspects of a public company’s operations, from capital raising to project acquisition, exploration, and development, will be invaluable as we strive to enhance shareholder value through advancing current projects and assessing future opportunities.

James G. Pettit

Jim Pettit has been a Director of Aben Minerals Ltd. since November 2002. Mr. Pettit is currently serving on the board of directors of five publicly traded companies and offers over 25 years of experience within the industry specializing in finance, corporate governance, executive management and compliance. Mr. Pettit was previously Chairman and C.E.O. of Bayfield Ventures Corp. which New Gold Inc. bought in January 2015.

Timothy Termuende _P.Geo.

Tim Termuende serves as a Director of Aben Gold Corp. and is a professional geologist with over 30 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry and is a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. Mr. Termuende is currently the Executive Chairman and Director of Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. in addition to serving as a director of a number of other public companies.

Since earning his degree in Geological Sciences at the University of British Columbia in 1987, Mr. Termuende has worked on exploration projects throughout North, Central, and South America and has been personally involved in exploration within the Forrest Kerr, BC area in the early 1990’s. He has been continuously active in mineral exploration throughout western Canada since 1976, and currently oversees a broad range of ongoing exploration projects located throughout British Columbia, Saskatchewan, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories.

Donald C. Huston

Don Huston serves as a Director and acting Chief Financial Officer of Aben Minerals Ltd. and has been associated with the mineral exploration industry for over 30 years. Mr. Huston has extensive experience as a financier and in-field manager of numerous mineral exploration projects in North America. He was born and raised in Red Lake, Ontario and spent 15 years as a geophysical contractor with C.D. Huston & Sons Ltd. as mineral exploration consultants in northern Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Mr. Huston serves as a director of four Canadian public mineral resource companies.

Amanda Chow _{CPA, CMA}

Amanda Chow serves as an independent Director of Aben Minerals Ltd. Ms. Chow is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and a graduate of Simon Fraser University where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She began working with public companies in 1999.

Milosz Mielniczuk _{B.Sc. P.Geo.}

Milosz Mielniczuk holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of British Columbia and is a registered Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) with extensive expertise in grassroots exploration, underground mining, and production geology. Graduating in 2012, Mr. Mielniczuk has built a robust career in the mining industry, specializing in exploration geology. His professional journey includes key roles in various mining-related positions with Kinross Gold, Hudbay Minerals, and several junior explorers, where he has demonstrated proficiency in prospecting, property evaluation, and discovery initiatives.

Mike Burke _{B.Sc., P.Geo.}

Mr. Burke has held key leadership roles in various mining projects, including serving as Director and Vice President of Corporate Development at Sitka Gold Corp. He currently serves as a Director and previously as President of the Yukon Chamber of Mines. For over 20 years, Mike served as Head of the Mineral Services Division within the Yukon Geological Survey. Followed by over 6 years as the Chief Geologist for Golden Predator, the previous owners of Seabridge Gold’s 3 Aces Project.

As a Yukon-based Professional Geologist, Mr. Burke has a proven track record in advancing mineral exploration initiatives across British Columbia and the Yukon, making him a valuable addition to Aben’s team as the Company continues to advance its flagship Justin Gold Project in the Tombstone Gold Belt.
